Shipping policy

How we deliver our products

Books and any other products ordered directly from us are shipped from Latvia. After you place your order, you’ll receive a receipt via email, and within three days, we’ll send you a tracking number. This page covers important details about our delivery process, so please review it carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at shop@meduza.io.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the recipient’s shipping address and usually range from 3 to 21 working days. In some cases it may increase due to reasons beyond our control.

If your package gets lost (we do everything we can to prevent this, but part of the process is beyond our control)

If your order status doesn’t update for a month, we’ll consider the package lost and refund your payment, including shipping.

If your package is lost, write to us at shop@meduza.io with the email address used for the order, the order number, and the tracking number.

We can only process refunds to the card used for the original payment. Your refund will be issued within 30 business days.

In some cases, packages are returned to us. To prevent this, please:

  1. Check to ensure you received an email with a tracking number for your package (it might be in your spam folder). If you haven’t received one within three days, write to us at shop@meduza.io.
  2. Monitor your delivery status. Note that if your local postal service can’t deliver the package to the provided address or if it isn’t picked up in time, it may be returned.

If the package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping fees. In some cases, we may retain the costs associated with processing your order and customs clearance for shipments outside the E.U.

If your package arrives damaged

We’re sorry this happened! To get a refund, you’ll need to return the package and/or send us a photo of the damaged item. Please email us at shop@meduza.io with the email address used for the order, the order number, and the tracking number.

We can only process refunds to the card used for the original payment. Your refund will be issued within 30 business days.

Need to cancel your order?

We can cancel your order and issue a refund as long as your package hasn’t been shipped yet.

To cancel your order, email us at shop@meduza.io with the email address you used for the order, the order number, and the tracking number.

Returning your purchase

Under Latvia’s Consumer Rights Protection Law, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Any signs of use or damage will prevent us from accepting the return.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Latvia. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets all return conditions, we’ll issue a refund for the order, minus shipping fees.

Refunds will be made to the card used for the original payment. We may also deduct any costs related to processing and customs clearance for orders shipped outside the E.U.

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds; items purchased at a discount, through special promotions, or with promo codes cannot be refunded.
