Books and any other products ordered directly from us are shipped from Latvia. After you place your order, you’ll receive a receipt via email, and within three days, we’ll send you a tracking number. Delivery time depends on the recipient’s shipping address and usually range from 3 to 21 working days. In some cases it may increase due to reasons beyond our control.
If your order status doesn’t update for a month, we’ll consider the package lost and refund your payment, including shipping.

If the package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping fees. In some cases, we may retain the costs associated with processing your order and customs clearance for shipments outside the E.U.

Under Latvia’s Consumer Rights Protection Law, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Any signs of use or damage will prevent us from accepting the return.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Latvia. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets all return conditions, we’ll issue a refund for the order, minus shipping fees.
